Recent research progress of photoelectric characteristic of semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes

  • Methods used to distinguish quickly between semiconducting and metallic single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) are introduced,whose luminescence mechanism and new applications are summarized.Our numerical calculation results are consistent with whose of the previous experiments.
