  • The experiment results of the temperature dependence of the gain coefficient and response time in two-beam coupling in BaTiO3 crystal at 830nm are analyzed theoretically by using the one-carrier and One-level band-conduction model.The experimental phenomena could be explained semiquantitatively by using the theory after the temperature dependence of quantum efficiency is considered.
