Abstract:
A picosecond single pulse is enhanced by a shortleg generative amplifier to drive a juxtaposition silicon switch with long relaxation time.With the optoconductive switch,a kV pulse with fast rise and fall time,different pulse width is obtained.After all,two single pulses accuracy synchronized are obtained from a train of mode-locked pulses.

Abstract:
This paper reports the selection of the measurement spots and animal radiant exposure with the computer procedure control,under the outdoor condition,and the injury and safety bounds derived in terms of the double-track method of dosage measurements and animal experiments.The results of application show that the bounds presented in this paper are accurate.

Abstract:
This atticle reviews recent advances in deposition technique of laser-assisted solid state thin films.The basic principles, deposition systems and laser sources of pulsed laser evaporation deposition(PLED) and laser-induced chemical vapor deposition(LCVD) are simply introduce.Applications of this technique in preparing the thin films,such as high-T.superconductive films,metallic films,semi-conductive films and insulation films,used in microelectronic elements are thoroughly presented.

Abstract:
The article presents our experimental procedure which a Ti-C alloy layer is formed in 20# steel surface with a laser scanning at the variable scanning speed.The characteristics of the alloy layer, for example microstructure,phase morphology,hardness and resistance to abrasion,are examined and analyzed.The results show that the microhardness and resistance to abrasion of the alloy layer are remarkably improved,the laser scanning speed greatly influences the microstructure and its features.
