Abstract
The microscale effect,elastic-plastic theory and material nonlinearity of laser shock processing were analyzed and discussed.The rotation ellipsoid model was put forward according to the physical development and space profile of plasma,which lay a theory foundation for plasma three dimension model.The development of microscale laser shock processing was presented.
