  • A chemical coating method for preparing monologer antireflective coating film on the glass lens surface used in high power laser has been developed. The main problem is to prepare the suspension liquid of silica particles and carefully clean the surface of lens. Then it is neccesary only to coatthe suspension liquid onto the surface of lens at room temperature without requirement of further treatment. The transmissivity of coated K9 glass lens and silica lens can be above 99%.

Abstract: A chemical coating method for preparing monologer antireflective coating film on the glass lens surface used in high power laser has been developed.
