Liu Xunmin, Zhang Airong
1991, 15(3): 129-133.
Abstract:
A new design and preparation technique about the anti-reflective coating for SHG of KTP(KTiOPO4) crystals are introduced. The coating is composed of three different films with identical thickness. The preparation is relatively easy, with high reproducibility. The residual reflectivity of both 1.064μm and 0.532μm has been reduced to as low as 0.15%~0.20%.

Shang Qinghu, Yu Meiwen
1991, 15(3): 133-138.
Abstract:
The theory analysis and experimental setup of the optical image addition, subtraction, intensity inversion and dynamic tracking display are presented. The experimental setup is a Michelson interferometer containing two four-wave-mixing phase conjugate mirrors. The experimental results are well accordant with the theory analysis.

Spectroscopic parameters calculation of Nd3+ in LaMgAl11010 crystal using Judd-Ofelt theory
Zhang Xiurong
1991, 15(3): 145-149.
Abstract:
The calculation formula of the spectroscopic intensity parameters, such as line intensity, oscillator strengths (fij),intensity para-meters Ω(2,4,6), transition probability of electron dipole and branch ratio, are derived by using Judd-Ofelt theory. According to the results of measuring the absorption and fluorescence spectra of Nd3+ in LaMgAl11010crystal, these parameters are calculated and well accordant with several methods.

1991, 15(3): 149-153.
Abstract:
By using the impulse response function, the effects of aberration of optical head and the servoerror of the optical storage system on SNR of the read-out signal are discussed. The aberration tolerance and the servo-requirement for various optical head are presented.

Study on photoionization of F2 centers and laser performance of F2 and F2+ centers in LiF
Gu Hongen
1991, 15(3): 162-166.
Abstract:
High density (greater than 1016cm-3) F2+ centers can be effectively created in a colored LiF crystal irradiated with a nitrogen laser (λ=337nm) at room temperature. The performance of F2 and F2+ centers LiF crystal laser has been investigated by using a three-mirror optical cavity to compensate the astigmation. The experiments show that the stable F2+ center laser operation can be obtained by using a nitrogen laser as a processing beam.
CO2 laser chemical vapor deposition of a-Si:H film
Yuan Jiayong, Chen Yuqing, Wang Ying
1991, 15(3): 166-171.
Abstract:
Amorphous hydrogenated silicon (a-Si:H) film have been produced by laser chemical vapor deposition, there a 50W CO2 laser is used to excite silane (SiH4). Deposition rate up to 200/min is achieved. The films are confirmed to be amorphous. The ratio of measured photo-conductivity and dark-conductivity of the films reaches 104 orders of magnitudes visible spectroscopic techniques. Value of optical gap is of 1.44~2.00eV. Deposition rate, photo-conductivity,dark-conductivity and optical gap, as the function of substrate temperature, are obtained. The chemical vapor deposition mechanism of a-Si:H film is described.
A high sensitivity temperature transducer used in a-optical radiation detector
Wang Ruihua
1991, 15(3): 171-175.
Abstract:
A high sensitivity semiconductor thermoelectric module is used in a optical radiation detector to detect temperature changes of the sensor. The module has a sensitivity near 380μV/℃ per pair of thermoelements, being ten times as high as the voltage output per pair of thermoelements of the metalwire thermopiles. The thermoelectric module has been applied successfully in all types of laser energy metres.
