Research of TIG welding rapid prototyping laser vision detecting system

Abstract
In order to study the effect of metal fabric and distortion of work piece in tungsten inert gas(TIG) welding rapid prototyping and obtain the height and variety range of metal parts,the method of the laser vision detecting was used to establish a detecting system to analyze the obtained image.After comparing the detecting result and the actual height of metal parts,it showed that the detecting error was in the nature figuration error range of one welding seam.Results prove that this method can be used to detect the height and distortion of work piece effectively.
