摘要: 使用矩阵光学方法分析了V型折叠腔内腔倍频激光系统稳定运行的条件。分析了腔几何参数包括腔的尺寸、反射镜的曲率半径以及倍频晶体的热焦距对系统稳定性的影响,并作了数值计算和讨论。Abstract: The thermally stable condition of V-shaped intracavity-frequency-doubled lasers with folded resonator is analyzed based on the matrix optics.The influence of resonator parameters including the resonator length,curvature radii of mirrors and thermal focal lengths of the laser rod and doubled crystal on the system stability is analyzed with numerical examples.
