激光熔覆层热膨胀系数对其开裂敏感性的影响
Effects of expansion coefficient of laser cladding layer on cracking sensitivity

摘要: 通过适当调整Fe-Cr-Ni合金的成分,改变其热膨胀系数,用以进行激光熔覆,并研究熔覆层的开裂敏感性,结果表明降低熔覆层热膨胀系数有利于明显减小激光熔覆层的开裂敏感性.对此进行了较详细的分析,并为解决熔覆层开裂,提出了熔覆合金与基材间热膨胀系数差值要有合理范围的观点.Abstract: After adjusting components of the Fe-Cr-Ni alloy powder whichis used to laser clad on 45 steel,we find that the expansion coefficient of clad layer and it's cracking sensitivity have been changed,and the cracking sensitivity decrease with lowering of expansion coefficient of clad layer.In this paper we discusse these results and point out that proper selecting the range of the difference of expansion coefficient between clad layer and substrate is beneficial to reduce cracking sensitivity of clad layer.
