The real-time measurement by two-frequency grating

  • In order to measure an object with some breaks precisely and in real-time,the two-frequency grating was created with VC++ first,and then the grating was projected on the surface of the object by LCD projector,so that the phase difference could be calculated by means of Fourier transform profilometry(FTP) from only one image,and the shape of the object could recur.Experiments indicate that this method is simple,exact and in real-time,it greatly promotes the development of FTP by two-frequency grating.
