Mode analysis on square-resonator of CO2 laser by means of finite element method
An new way to analyse the laser resonator-Finite Element Method(FEM)is presented.The mode of CO2 continuous wave laser resonator is calculated by FEM and compared with Fox-Li nu-merical method and matrix multiplying method.
