  • This paper describes the animal experiment and clinical application of different kinds of lasers affecting respectively deferent duct or testis.It showed that laser could produce a series of biological effects and achieve male birth control.And the result was reliable and the operation was simple.Thus the author considers that vas deferens,if irradiated with argon-laser which is conducted by the optical fibre,will be coagulated by the fibre spots,which can’t influence the peripheral tissues of vas deferens and such side-effects as adhesion and oedema will greatly decrease.
