Abstract
A model of the nonlinear function was established based on the general model of the self-mixing effects.The model was used to estimate the parameters in the model of the self-mixing effects in semiconductor lasers based on the curve fitting of nonlinear least squares method.The simulation shows that this algorithm has strong astringency,less iterative number and a high accuracy.This method is feasible for measuring the parameters in the model of the self-mixing effects.
