Status and prospect of conductive line fabrication by laser technology

The status and prospect in domestic and oversea area of conductive line fabrication by laser technology is reviewed.Compared with its conditional methods,the basic characteristics and advantages are presented.What's more,the development trend of this technology is predicted and some suggestions are put forward for its future development.
