  • High voltage wire(HVW)is main obstacle for flying helicopter 60m~200m high.As a cylinder,HVW has special scattering distribution while it is illuminated under laser beams,so the random facet model is employed to analyze the scattering of rough cylinder surfaces.A method is presented to design laser parameters for a helicopter anti-collision radar,which provides theoretical foundation for the design of laser parameter for a helicopter anti-collision laser radar.
