  • Ag metal layer is deposited on epoxy-resin board by means of CO2 laser-induced deposition in aqueous solution.Owing to activities of Ag crystallites, Cu layer can be deposited on Ag metal layer quickly. The micro-structure of metal layer is investigated by means of EPMA (electric probe micro-analysis) and DFM(dynamic force microscope). It is concluded that the influenced factors to adhesion of Cu layer are Ag layer surface morphology,Ag layer depth and surface roughness of epoxy-resin board.
