Abstract

Range gating is a kind of effective method which can eliminate backscattered light and increase the SNR of the laser range gated (LRG) imaging system.The theory of range gating is described,and the key techniques for range gating are analyzed briefly.Then the shortcomings of the traditional range-gated synchronization control system are pointed out.Finally kind of improved scheme for range-gated synchronization control is proposed.
