  • Phenomenon of transmitted light intensity's perturbance of the Glan-Taylor prism with varying rotation angle is found in the experiment.It has notable influence on quality of the outgoing polarized light.Causes for the disturbance are analysed.Several parameters that affect the smoothness level of curve of transmitted light intensity are discussed.And the effective methods to reduce the disturbance are obtained.
