  • The effects of He-Ne laser on vigor of α-amylase,GPT,GOT and content of soluble protein and soluble sacchrides of isatis indigotica have been studied.The results indicate:four treatments have improved the vigor of α-amylase,GPT and GOT.Moreover,7min treatment is the best for α-amylase,and 5min treatment is the best for GPT and GOT.Four treatments have improved apparently content,protein content and soluble sacchrides of isatis indigotica,5min treatment is the best among four treatments.
