  • Based on the principal of magnetically stabilized discharge,a new electrode configuration is designed. Characteristics of the discharge are studied for this transverse flow CO2 lasers with 2-dimensional orthogonal system.Large volume homogeneous discharge has obtained and the input power is 15kW.
