  • The Fraunhofer diffraction of Gaussian beam by a circular aperture are derived and are compared to that of plane wave in this paper.Through theoretical and numerical analyze,it shows that both results are the similar while the radius of Gaussian beam is much larger than the radius of circlar aperture,otherwise,they are different.Then the Fraunhofer diffraction of Gaussian beam by a group of particles with the same size are given.
