The propagation and amplification of a X-ray laser in cylindrical plasma column
Based on a simplified model of gain region,the propagation and amplification of X ray within cylindrical plasma with linear electron density profile are studied with geometrical optical approximation.The reflection angle and the relation between the output intensity and deflection angle are put forward.
