  • rhbFGF is a multifunctional growth factor that has been implicated in a number of proliferative,regenerative,and survival-related cellular events in the central nervous system.We contracted the effect of rhbFGF and dexamethasone by different dose or by injecting in different sites on chinchilla rabbits whose retinas were injured by laser.The results showed that rhbFGF plays more important role in retinal injuries that superior to dexamethasone.
