  • The voltage doubled circuit of a high repetition rate TEA CO2 laser and its discharge processes are described theoretically.The calculated results of discharge voltage,discharge current,discharge resistance and the value of E/N are yielded out.The theoretical results are coincident with the experimental ones.

Abstract: The voltage doubled circuit of a high repetition rate TEA CO2 laser and its discharge processes are described theoretically.The calculated results of discharge voltage,discharge current,discharge resistance and the value of E/N are yielded out.The theoretical results are coincident with the experimental ones.
