Experimental study of synthetic discriminant function correlator

In this paper,we reviewed the Synthetic Discriminant Function(SDF)theory and succesfully manufactured an electro-optical hybrid SDF correlator experiment system.On the basis of above,we completed many experiments. Experiments demonstrated that shift, rotation, orientation and scale distortion invariant correlation could be realized by SDF correlator.
