Study of a RF excited CO2 laser with a planar waveguide unstable resonator

  • In this paper,a RF transversally excited CO2 laser with a planar wave-guide unstable resonator is presented. The size of the waveguide is 1.5mm×30mm×400mm. The output power of the laser is 133W,the opto-electronic conversion efficiency is 11% and the output beam of the near-diffraction-limited divergence has been obtained.
