Abstract
A new type of CO2 laser device,TE01 mode CO2 wave-guide laser, whose CW output is more than 5W in 400mm total length, has been reported.Based on this an experimental system of hollow cylindrical metallic waveguide has been set up.For φ1.2mm×1150mm Ni waveguide the transnission losses are loss than 2.27dB/m.
