Abstract:
The three-dimensional particle dynamic analyzer is a kind of laser velocity-measuring instruments with laser doppler frequency and phase deviation,which is widely used in measuring of the velocity and diameter of particles in two-phase folw.During the processes of data acquisition,the original data doctiments,which are produced automatically and stored in binary system,are not only unconvenient for reading butalso unable to transfer directly for next step calculation.In this paper,a new data processing methed used C language program has been put forword to obtain the characteristics of particles,which is convenient for further utilization and development of original data software pf 3D-PDA.

Abstract:
A new principle for spontaneous-pulse-mode-locked laser is first presented,in this paper.The principle mainly is that a optical element is inserted into a single straight cavity to construct a nonlinear cavity to realize the spontaneous mode-locking operation.The physical model and mathematical equations of the laser are established. The results of numerical calculation have been analyzed.The selt-starting APM condition,the optimum operating condition and the relationship between design parameters and ratio of pulse-width-shortening are analyzed.The calculation results can be used in various laser system.

According to a laser focusing system design with the help of theory of laser optics,the main design parameters of Gaussian beam passing through the system are precisely calculated by using matrix optics.These parameters are compared with the design parameters of using geometrical optics in this paper.

A laser beam analysis method is proposed by using the beam effective radius R(z)with the measurements of beam width d(z)and beam divergence angle θ.The location of the beam z0 and the times-diffraction-limit-factor M2 can be determined with relative high accuracy. The method is usable for CW Iaser beam,repetition pulsed laser beam and single pulsed laser beam.Two practical apparatus designs are also proposed.

The laser protection plastic has the features of good physical-chemical quality,high visual trans-mittance and wide laser protection bands of eight laser wavelengths.

This peper gives the calculation formula of e,o beam intensity ratio,and the ratio is changeable with wavelength of light through the 90°polarization beamsplit prism. The beamsplit intensity ratio is well in agreement with calculation value at λ=6328Å.

In this paper,an IBM PC/XT computer controlled autocorrelator and datum acquisition processing system for measurements of picosecond and femtosecond pulses and dynamic processes is described. This system is applied not only to intensity autocorrelation measurement,but also to interferometric autocorrelation measurement. The temporal resolution of this system is about 0.3 fs and the sensitivity is in the scale of mocrovoltages.
