Telescopic resonator with a thermal lens (TRTL) A typical TRTL is formed by two mirrors with radius of curvature R1, R2 and a telescope composed by two lenses of focal length f1,f2 separated by 1 and an internal thermal lens with variable focal length f. The other parameters are denoted in Fig.

The output of He-Ne laser will change with increasing igniting time. By means of many reliability experiments, we proceeded a great deal of data processing by micro-computer and have found the change rule of the long-life He-Ne laser output.

In this paper is first repored determination of quality in the LS soap film crystal by means of the positron annihilation life spectroscopy and its result, found technology to make soap film have influence on it, pointed out just heat treatment is a method to improve film quality.

Abstract:
Four types of parallel beam-splitting polarizer are provided using a birefringent crystal. The features of the devices are large displacement, high extinction ratio, high transmittance and small splitting angle. They are expecially designed for the usage of optical switch and modulating systems, and with calcite as an example, the properties of several differet designs are compared.

Abstract:
The layer alloyed with chromium and molybdenum on surface of carbon steel was obtained by using high power CO2 laser in this study. Experimental results show that the distributions of microhardness and compositions in the alloyed layer are uniform. The microhardness of alloyed layer is increased to 2 or 3 times compared with that of carbon steel. Meanwhile the thermal stability of the alloyed layer is obviously higher than that of carbon steel. In addition, the reason for improving these properties has been discussed.
