Study on fiber Bragg grating pressure sensors on two different diaphragms

  • 摘要: 理论分析了光纤布喇格光栅的压力传感特性,并将光纤布喇格光栅分别纵向粘贴在不同型号的膜片上进行压力实验.实验结果表明,FBC20WB2型膜片的光纤布喇格光栅压力灵敏系数比ZXYC01型设计膜片大得多,其值分别为376pm/MPa和45pm/MPa左右,其测量精度分别为1%(full scale)和0.5%(full scale).同时发现两种膜片中光纤布喇格光栅的中心波长与压力变化有着良好的线性关系和很高的相关系数,且迟滞现象较小,它们的相关系数均在0.9998以上.说明不同的膜片对压力灵敏系数有较大的影响.
    Abstract: The pressure sensitive characteristic of fiber Bragg gratings is analyzed,the pressure experiments are carried out on different diaphragms.The experimental results indicate that the pressure sensitivity coefficient of fiber Bragg gratings in the FBC20WB2 type diaphragm is much bigger than that in the ZXYC01 type diaphragm.The values are about 376pm/MPa and 45pm/MPa,with measurement precision of 1%(full scale) and 0.5%(full scale) respectively.At the same time there is a very good linearity and repetition between the center wavelength of fiber Bragg grating and pressure change in two diaphragms,and there is scarcely hysteresis effect,their pertinence coefficient is more than 0.9998.The study indicates that the different diaphragm has a great impact on the pressure sensitivity coefficient.
