B4C-TiN-Co surface microstructure and performance of A3 steel by laser cladding at different scanning speed

  • 摘要: 介绍了用高功率CO2激光束对A3钢表面进行激光熔敷处理.对不同扫描速度下合金层的显微组织、硬度、耐磨性进行了测试和分析.结果表明,扫描速度对合金层的显微组织和性能影响特别显着.
    Abstract: In order to improve the surface performance of A3 steel,we utilize a high power CO2 laser beam to treat the B4C-TiN-Co clad surface.It is obvious that the laser beam scanning speed is an important factor effecting on the microstructure,hardness and the resistance to abrasion of the alloy surface.This paper introduces the experimental research procedure,and the experimental results.These are useful to select the beam scanning speed and other technical parameters.
