Near field measurement of laser diodes

摘要: 讨论了确定半导体激光器传播模近场分布的一种方法。给出实际器件的测量结果,表明本方法简单、精度较高。

Abstract: A method of measuring the propagation mode near field of laser diodes is discussed,and the measured results of a practical device are given.It is shown that our method is simple and of high accuracy.
