Fabrication and affecting factors of metallic parts by means of laser freeforming

摘要: 为了了解激光加工各参数对激光自由成型制造实体金属零件成型精度的影响,采用了正交设计的实验安排。采用速度前瞻型的CNC连续插补模式,解决了薄壁金属样件制造中截面轮廓路径上激光线能量过大的问题,制造了成型良好的激光自由成型金属样件。结果表明,扫描速度和激光功率是影响成型精度的两个主要因素,前者的影响更显著。Abstract: For the sake of evaluating the effect of laser processing parameters on the shaping accuracy of laser freeform fabricating for solid metallic parts;the experiment was arranged by means of orthogonal design.With the aid of CNC continuous interpolation model endowed with velocity prospecting,the problem of too large laser heat input on the sectional contour-path during fabricating of thin-wall metallic sample was solved.The metallic samples which in good shape were fabricated by means of laser freeform fabrication.The result shows that transverse velocity and laser power were the two major factors affecting the shaping accuracy and the effect of the former was more remarkable.
