石英玻璃在激光作用下的温度与应力场分析

Analysis of temperature field and thermal stress field in quartz glass heated by laser beams

摘要: 为了了解CO2激光对玻璃加热的效果,研究石英玻璃在TEM00和TEM11两种模式激光作用下的差别。采用数值计算的方法,得到了石英玻璃在TEM00和TEM11两种模式激光作用下的温度和应力分布。结果表明,对石英玻璃预热时TEM11优于TEM00。

Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of glass heated by CO2 laser and the difference between using TEM00 and TEM11 to preheat quartz glass,the temperature field and thermal stress field of quartz glass were obtained through numerical computation.The results show that it is better to use TEM11 laser beam to preheat quartz glass than to use TEM00 laser beam.
