Abstract: In order to implement negative coefficients filters based on photonics in optical communication,a novel and simple technique for obtaining negative coefficients was adopted by means of the conversion of phase-modulated to intensity-modulated.A two-tap microwave band-pass filter with a negative coefficient was demonstrated.The filter not only achieves the negative coefficients but also improves the performance.
