Study on the extraction method of small pipes inner surface

摘要: 为了研究细管道内表面检测技术,在分析细管道内壁成像特点的基础上,提出了一种内截面轮廓提取方法。首先根据投射在管道内壁光环的几何特征,提取出有效的图像区域。以图像中心为原点按一定的角度向光环做射线,把图像均匀分成若干扇形,再分别沿着每一射线径向搜索出灰度值最大处作为内轮廓截面上的一点。根据提取出的截面上点的坐标,可以计算轮廓上任一点的半径。该方法的检测精度达到±0.1mm。实验结果表明,利用该技术,能够实现小管道内壁的检测。Abstract: To study the inspection technology of small pipes inner surface,a method for extracting inner surface section was proposed based on the inner surface image analysis.Firstly,the effective image zone was extracted in terms of geometry characteristic of the light ring.Then the radius of each point on the inner surface was achieved taking the image point which has maximum gray value along the ring radial direction as the section point.The corresponding inner section was inspected based on the method.Experiments show that the measurement accuracy of the inspection method is ±0.1mm.So,the inner surface of small pipes can be inspected with this method.
