Technological study on high power CO2 laser cutting of small hole on middle-thick steel plates

摘要: 为解决高功率CO2激光切割广泛用于面板、模板制作的中厚钢板小圆孔时存在的切割质量差的问题,采用Rofin DC025板条CO2激光切割系统,对6mm厚的A3钢板进行了Φ5mm小孔的激光切割工艺研究。系统研究了激光功率、切割速度和氧气压力对切割质量的影响,分析了切割前沿温度分布对切割质量的决定作用。结果表明,当激光功率为1KW、切割速度为1.0m/min、氧气压力为1.2×105Pa时可获得最佳切割效果,解决了中厚钢板小圆孔的高功率CO2激光切割时存在的切割质量差的问题。Abstract: Aiming at the cutting quality problems of high power CO2 laser cutting of small hole on middle-thick steel plates,the cutting technology of small hole on middle-thick steel plates was studied by using Rofin DC025 slab CO2 laser cutting system.At the same time,the effects of laser power,cutting speed and oxygen pressure on cutting quality were also studied.The key effect of temperature on cutting quality was analyzed.The results show that the best cutting quality can be obtained at the conditions of laser power 950W,cutting speed 1.0m/min,the oxygen pressure 1.0×105Pa.The cutting quality problems of high power CO2 laser cutting of small hole on middle-thick steel plates have been solved.
