Time interval measurement of laser ranging based on CPLD & microchip

摘要: 为了达到提高时间间隔测量精度的目的,采用复杂可编程逻辑器件和单片机实现脉冲激光测距时间间隔测量系统中的模拟内插法的方案,设计了测量系统与测试电路,并对该方案进行了验证,得到了200ps精度的时间间隔测量系统.结果表明,可编程逻辑器件的使用可大大简化电路结构,使得整个系统结构简单化.采用该设计方案的激光测距系统具有体积小、可靠性高的特点.Abstract: In order to improve the precision of time interval measurement in pulsed laser ranging,several interpolation methods are used.Analog interpolation time-interval measurement has advantages of high precision,small blind area,long measurement range and good linearity.Ananalog interpolation measurement method using complex programmable logic device(CPLD) and microchip was presented.Benefiting from the use of CPLD,the circuit became simplified.Furthermore,the time-interval measurement system adapted extraordinarily to high performance portable pulsed laser rangefinder for its compactness,simple structure and high reliability.
