Study about the temperature effect of the retaroation of quartz wave-plates

摘要: 波片的精度会受到温度的影响.为了研究石英波片的延迟量随温度的变化关系,以减小温度变化带来的误差,采用理论分析的方法,得出了石英波片在不同环境下使用时延迟量精度的影响因素,同时对波片在不同环境下使用时的误差进行了分析.结果表明,随温度的升高,波片延迟量规律性的减小.研究结果对于波片在不同环境下的正确使用有一定的参考价值.Abstract: The precision of wave-plate is often influenced by temperature.In order to get the relationship between the retardation of quartz wave-plate and temperature so as to reduce the error generated by temperature,the factors affecting the retardation of the wave-plate were theoretically analyzed.At the same time,the error was analyzed under different conditions.The result shows that the retardation of the wave-plate reduces with the increase of temperature.The result is useful for the wave-plate properly used at different temperature.
