同时锁模/调Q激光技术的研究
Study on simultaneously mode-locked and Q-switched Nd:YAG laser technology

摘要: 分析了同时锁模/调Q激光器的工作原理。采用预激光技术实现了同时锁模/调Q稳定运转。获得了脉宽为172ps、峰值功率为305kw的稳定脉冲,比单独锁模时提高103倍。Abstract: In this paper,we analyzed principle of a simultaneously active mode-locked and Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.This system generates pulse width of 172ps and pulse peak power of 305kW with good stability and reliability. The peak power is 103 time as large as the peak power of mode-locked laser.
