摘要: 本文提出了一种分析激光光腔的新方法─-有限元法。对CO2激光器光腔模式进行了初步分析计算,并与福克斯和厉鼎毅的数值计算法及矩阵联乘法进行了比较。Abstract: An new way to analyse the laser resonator-Finite Element Method(FEM)is presented.The mode of CO2 continuous wave laser resonator is calculated by FEM and compared with Fox-Li nu-merical method and matrix multiplying method.
