摘要: 主要介绍了几种自由电子激光器进行太赫兹成像的原理和方法,并给出了俄罗斯和韩国等研究人员最近一两年的实验结果。指出现在太赫兹成像正向三维成像的方向发展。Abstract: Several methods and theory of THz imaging as well as late results of the researchers in Russia and Korea are introduced.At present,THz is being developed towards 3-D imaging.
