ZnGeP2光参变振荡器晶体参数的数值分析

Calculation and analysis of ZnGeP2optical parametric oscillator

  • 摘要: 给出了3μm~5μm中红外角度调谐ZnGeP2光参变振荡器晶体参数较完整的理论计算过程,分别计算了其角度调谐曲线、有效非线性系数曲线和光参变增益曲线,确定了光参变振荡器的相位匹配方式和晶体的切割角,同时计算了晶体的走离角和相位匹配允许角,所得结果对于ZnGeP2光参变振荡器的实验研究具有一定的参考价值.

     

    Abstract: For the 3μm~5μm angle-tuned ZnGeP2optical parametric oscillator,an theoretical design of the ZnGeP2parameters is presented.The angle-tuned curve,effective nonlinear coefficient curve and parametric gain curve are calculated respectively,phase-matching angle of the optical parametric oscillators(OPO) and cut angle of the crystal are determined.The walk-off angle and acceptance angle of the crystal are calculated too,which are of some reference value to the experiment research of the ZnGeP2optical parametric oscillator.
