工艺参数对TiAl合金激光熔覆复合涂层的影响

The influence of processing parameters on laser cladding composite coatings on TiAl intermetallic alloy

  • 摘要: 利用预涂NiCr-Cr3C2复合粉末对-γTiAl合金(简称TiAl合金)进行激光熔覆处理,制得了以Cr7C3,TiC硬质耐磨相为增强相,以-γNiCrAl镍基固溶体为基体的复合涂层;较系统地研究了光束扫描速度对TiAl合金激光熔覆复合材料涂层组织与耐磨性能的影响.结果表明,随着激光束扫描速度的提高,涂层显微组织有细化的趋势,显微硬度有所提高,而涂层厚度则有所降低.在中等扫描速度下(2.00mm/s)获得的涂层具有最好的滑动磨损耐磨性.

     

    Abstract: The effect of processing parameters on the microstructure and wear property of laser cladding γ/Cr7C3/TiC composite coatings on TiAl intermetallic alloy substrates with NiCr-50%Cr3C2precursor mixed powder is investigated.The results show that the microstructure of the laser cladding composite coatings is refined and the microhardness increases with the increasing of the laser beam scan-rate,but the thickness of the clad coating decreases.The laser cladding coating with the moderate(2.0mm/s) scan-rate exhibits the best wear-resistance under the full dry sliding wear test condition.
