Abstract: In order to reduce the parasitic inductance and resistance of Blumlein circuit,the transmission line capacitor and stored capacitor are designed and manufactured by ourselves,which are substituted by the plate capacitors instead of the old non-inductance capacitor and transmission line.The parasitic inductance of Blumlein circuit decreases once,the pulsed fast discharge power supply works steadily,it is important for diatomic sulfur laser.
