Abstract: A temperature field model of laser micro-cladding used to fabricate the conductive lines on insulating boards is established.The formula is induced to show the correlations of conductor linewidth with laser power,laser scanning rates,based on which the linewidths of the conductive lines can be predicted.Experimental results verify that the model is accorded with practical experimental data,which means the model is applicable.
