激光淬火能量转换系数的ANSYS分析

Analysis of the energy transfer coefficients associated with laser quenching using ANSYS software

  • 摘要: 基于有限元分析软件ANSYS对激光表面淬火温度场进行模拟,并结合实验的数据,建立了材料表面能量转换系数的变化规律的数学模型。通过再次实验验证表明,可用于预测激光表面淬火后的硬化层深并具有极高的精确性,为研究精确控制工艺参数和相变硬化层深提供新的研究思路。

     

    Abstract: The simulation of the temperature field associated w ith laser surface quenching is discussed using finite element analysis software ANSYS.Based on the experiment data,a mathematic model is set up to describe the variation rules of the energy transfer coefficien.tOn the other hand,the model can be used to p redict the layer thickness of a material surface as a result of laser surface quenching accurately,which is a new researching idea for how to control the technical parameter and the layer thickness accurately.
