摘要: 采用连续LD端面抽运,腔内插入Cr+4:YAG,KTP和LBO等晶体,并采用自孔径选模,获得较好光束质量的准连续紫外激光输出。在抽运功率12W的条件下,紫外激光输出功率约50mW,重复频率10kHz,近场光斑显示获得近似基模的355nm紫外激光。Abstract: The CW LD end-pumped quasi-CW ultraviolet laser with Cr+4:YAG,KTP and LBO is described.When the power of the laser diode is 12W,the pulse repeated frequency is 10kHz,the power of the quasi-CW ultraviolet laser with similar single transverse mode is approximately 50mW.
