Abstract: Based on the threat mechanism and damage treshold of laser to human eyes,a design project and the qualification of a laser dissuader were put forward;its ingridients and arrangement were studied respectively;and the parameters of the dissuader were analyzed by computer and given at last.This investigation is useful for producing practical equipments in the future.
