激光作用于圆管产生瞬态温度场的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of laser-induced transient temperature field in cylindrical shell

  • 摘要: 用有限元方法数值模拟了脉冲激光作用于管状材料时产生的温升情况。有限元模型考虑了激光作用过程中的热物理参数随温度变化的特性,得到了材料中各个点的瞬态温度场,也得到了有温升的范围,并给出了温度随径向和周向的分布曲线,为热弹条件下激光激发管状材料中超声导波的研究提供了定量基础。

     

    Abstract: The transient temperature fields generated by a pulsed laser in cylindrical shell were obtained by using the finite element method (FEM).The temperature dependences of material properties were taken into account during the numerical simulation.The temperature distributions of aluminum pipe were obtained in radial orientation and angular orientation at various time.The pulsed laser induced transient temperature fields were obtained in aluminum pipe,which would be useful in the research on thermo-elastic excitation of laser ultrasonic waves in cylindrical shell.
